Hatha

Focusing on grounding, body movement, breathing techniques and meditation.

Using breath as we work through a sequence of postures without pause. Constantly in flow.

Vinyasa Flow

Energising Pilates

Focusing on building power, strength, and muscular endurance with isolated, controlled movements through consistent total body training.

Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children. Yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom attitude, and can even reduce anxiety and stress which is essential throughout school.
My sessions include stretching, balance, flexibility, fun, mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and relaxation.

Slow flow Yoga

Where It All Began

I am a Yoga teacher, book reader, body mover, nature loving, life enthusiast.
 

​I found Yoga many years ago, managing to fit in one evening class a  week into my hectic lifestyle. And every week I would leave that class feeling a little lighter...
I hadn't realised it then but that little light feeling would be the catalyst to my teacher training.In 2013 I travelled to India for the first time and it completely stole my heart.

Once I was home, I felt something calling me back.

After years of working in sales I felt extremely unfulfilled, I wanted to do something rewarding with my life, something that I enjoyed. I was forced to rest after a major ankle operation, and unable to practice for 5 months, I decided after much thought and research in 2017 to answer that call and flew back to Goa to complete my 200 hour Yoga teacher training. 

And I am happy to be able to spread the joy and light that Yoga has given to me.
